Covid 19 Update - April 15, 2020

Given these tremendously challenging and unprecedented times, the staff here at MVC want to first state that our thoughts are with every family and individual impacted by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. This is a moment for all of us to look at what we can do, not only to protect ourselves, but also to help protect each other. Businesses everywhere are doing what they can to protect their employees. We are experiencing these changes ourselves, and we want to personally thank our clients for complete understanding during these times.


We thank you for "going with the flow" of our daily changes we are providing to protect everyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay open, to provide quality care to your pets. Thank you for understanding these changes we take. WE THANK YOU!


1. New hours at least through May 15, 2020 are Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
2. Picking up food, medication or here for an appointment: We continue to ask that you call 717-485-3552 from the parking lot upon arrival. We will bring out to you any food or medication, and we will come out to get your pet for their appointment. All cats MUST be in a carrier. We are still not allowing anyone but our staff within the building.
3. Please be prepared to make payment with a credit card over the phone to limit contact to our staff.
4. We are here to see patients daily, but for the safety of our staff we ask that if you or anyone in your household is or has been sick in the last two weeks or you have traveled to a highly affected COVID-19 area within that two week time frame, we ask that you do not schedule or we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have one made.
