April 11, 2022 Covid update

We are excited to announce a step forward in some normalcy!

Beginning Monday, April 11th we will be lifting our mask mandate at McConnellsburg Veterinary Clinic for everyone! Most veterinary clinics in the tristate area are beginning to do this, so it is time for MVC to do the same!

We realize that not all of us are in agreement about our masking preferences at this point in the pandemic. We each may have different health issues that may influence our decisions about masking. We respect each person’s choice regarding whether or not to wear a mask.

If you would like to remain curbside for your appointment, that’s fine, too! Just call us from the parking lot and let us know what parking spot number you are in!

We ask those pet parents with COVID symptoms, to refrain from entering the hospital.

We will continue to provide curbside service for medications and food pick-ups. We hope our clients are enjoying this “drive-up” service.

A few things to remember…

1.      If you are here for an appointment, 1 person can come in through the front door, you no longer need to call us before entering.

2.      Because of limited space, only 1 client per appointment except for end-of-life care.

3.      In the event that our waiting room becomes full, we may ask that you wait in the car.

4.      We will continue to provide curbside service for medication and food pick up.

We appreciate your continued understanding as we re-adjust to these changes! We look forward to seeing you soon!
